Dynamics CRM Implementation
Consultant
A CRM Implementation Consultant will
spend a majority of their time executing tasks related to client
delivery. Most of this client time will be focused on detailed project
tasks. A small portion of client time will be spent on project
management tasks. Consultant will also be expected to participate in
team building and to develop team and client relationships.
Due to the
specific skills required to deliver CRM services to our clients,
up to 100% travel may be required; however it typically averages
around 40% throughout the year. Travel may include overnight or
additional driving time to clients spread out over a geographic
region. Employer will reimburse for mileage and out of town
expenses incurred while working on a client site according to
the stated policies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing and
customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather and understand client functional requirements
- Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and
the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Configure the application to meet a client's
requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM
CustomizationTool, Workflow Took, or SDK
- Identify creative work-arounds to meet requirements
without the development of custom code
- Understand the functional capabilities and limitations
for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
- Train client personnel on the usage and administration
of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and
technical training)
- Design and integrate business processes and data flows
between CRM applications and other applications, such as
back office/ERP applications
- Develop data conversion and testing strategies
- Develop high level project work plans
- Manage individual and team budgets and scope of work
- Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in this US
- 4-year degree in business, Accounting, MIS or
equivalent; CPA is a plus
- MBS Dynamics AX Financials certified preferred. Master
certifications highly desirable
- Minimum 2 years functional expertise in implementing
Microsoft Dynamics AX required
- Minimum of 2 complete implementations of Microsoft
Dynamics AX preferred
- Deep functional knowledge of the GL, AR, AP or
production modules required
- Other module knowledge a plus
- Experience with core business processes such as
accounting, distribution and manufacturing required
- Experience with other Dynamics solutions (Great Plains,
Solomon, Navision, CRM) a plus
- Experience implementing other Tier 1 ERP solutions (JD
Edwards, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, IFS) a plus
- Large consulting organization experience, preferred
- Live within the vicinity of a major US airport, or
willing to relocate
- Ability to travel out-of-town up to 75%
